So difficult

 It's so difficult.

I seem to have lost my brains.

The DevCom ACCESS

The DevCom ACCESS is the name of the community news-magazine that the Development Communication Department of KASC has been publishing.

We were able to come up with three hard copy issues - thanks to the creativity of the students and the benevolent spirit of a friend - all in support of developmental journalism.

FOR KASC DEVCOM STUDENTS

This blog page attempts to share information on things that transpire in the province of Kalinga - with special bias to Kalinga-Apayao State College where the author (MARCIANO PAROY JR.) is the Chairperson of the Development Communication Curricular Program.
