VIBRANT BURNHAM PARK — Residents and tourists enjoy promenading at Burnham Park, as the tourism window of the Summer Capital turned even more vibrant with the installation of colorful lights as the city government’s way of celebrating the Yuletide season. The city reported a continued surge in tourist arrivals over the past three months which greatly contributes to economic recovery amidst the problem on horrendous traffic. — Harley Palangchao
